Gardai are investigating a fire which caused about £1 million worth of damage to an electrical warehouse in Limerick.

Gardai are investigating a fire which caused about £1 million worth of damage to an electrical warehouse in Limerick.

The fire broke out at 12.10 p.m. yesterday at Jack Fitzgerald's warehouse in Robert Street. Three units of the fire brigade prevented the blaze from spreading. Nobody was injured.

Meanwhile, a 17-year-old youth was being questioned by gardai after an arson attack on a flat near Monabraher Road, Ballynanty, on Tuesday night.
