Jennifer McKiernan (17), of Elmdale Drive, Cherry Orchard, Dublin, who four years ago fell on a path which had bricks missing, has been awarded £15,000 against Dublin Corporation. Mr Hugh Mohan, counsel for Ms McKiernan, told the Circuit Civil Court the girl broke her ankle and required pins.
