The ISPCC "Make Your Vote Count for Children" campaign ended yesterday with a march attended by 1,000 parents and children from all over the State.

The family march through Dublin was held to coincide with the fourth anniversary of the Kilkenny Incest Inquiry Report and to highlight the fact - according to the ISPCC - that successive governments have implemented only 10 per cent of the report's recommendations.
