Out There is a two-day exhibition, running today and tomorrow, featuring the work of graduate students of DIT’s visual arts programme at their School of Art, Design and Printing. Their island has been their campus for the past four years. A lot of the work of this outreach programme has been made on the island and they are installed in locations throughout the island. Anna Kirsch’s large-scale creation greet you as you disembark on the pier. In the old abbey is an installation piece by Donagh Carey.
