GUNNE is seeking an office tenant for the first floor of Merrion House at Merrion Road, Dublin 4. A rent of £14 per square foot is being sought for the 10,000 square feet available. Up to 20 car-parking spaces are also available at £700 each.

Gunne also expects to secure in excess of £500,000 for Cooney's bar at George's Street, Dun Laoghaire, which goes to auction on October 22nd. The family-run business is located between the existing Dun Laoghaire Shopping Centre and Bloomfields shopping and leisure complex, which is to open next year. In addition to the ground floor bar, there is a lounge at first floor level.
