The latest phase of MKN's Ridgewood development at the Forrest Road in Swords goes on the market this weekend through Hooke & MacDonald.
There are 20 units in this phase comprising three and four-bedroom semi-detached houses and two-bed townhouses.
Ridgewood is divided into a number of segments separated by cul-de sacs and large open landscaped spaces. When the scheme is completed, it will comprise some 400 houses.
Houses in this part of Ridgewood are expected to be ready for occupation between October and December.
Four-bedroom, semi-detached houses are 1,220 sq ft and are priced from £198,950 (€252,614), three bedroom semi-detached houses comprise 1,010 sq ft and start at £167,950 (€213,253), and two-bedroom townhouses with 755 sq ft cost from £155,950 (€198,016).
Located on the airport side of the town of Swords, Ridgewood is accessed off the Belfast road with an entrance opposite Forrest Little Golf Club.
