A ROUND two-thirds of the units at a new business park on the outskirts of Galway city have either been let or sold by the developers, Clare Galway Contracting. Odenway Business Park is located beside Galway racecourse at Ballybrit and faces directly on to the new East Link motorway. Access is from the Monivea Road.

Windsor Motors will be the largest occupier with a unit of 25,000 square feet. Joint agents Mulryan and Rooney Auctioneers, are quoting rents of £6.50 for combined ground and first floor units, or, alternatively, £4.50 for ground floor space and £2.50 for first floor accommodation. Ground floor space is also being sold at £45 per square foot. The agents have launched a marketing campaign for the final phase of 11,000 square feet.
