Clondalkin: from €182,500: A new development of apartments - some with Section 23 tax relief for owner-occupiers and investors - is being launched this week through Bohan Property Consultants. Rath Geal, just off St Cuthbert's Rise in Clondalkin, Dublin 22, is a development of 120 apartments in a landscaped setting near the village overlooking St Cuthbert's Park.

Being released in this phase are 30 apartments. One-bedroom units with 47 sq m (507 sq ft) cost from €182,500. Two-beds with 65.6 sq m (706 sq ft) are priced from €205,000 while three-beds with 95.8 sq m (1,031 sq ft) cost from €260,000.

Designed by McCrossan O'Rourke Manning Architects and developed by Durkan New Homes, Rath Geal is set out in six three/four-storey blocks and includes four retail units to provide for local shopping needs. It is contemporary in appearance, offering a mix of brick and render façades and large wraparound balconies with some units.

Standard facilities include a designated surface car-parking spot with each apartment, double glazing, fitted kitchens, fitted wardrobes, Gold Shield electric heating, and en suites with most two and three-bedroom units.
