SCOTTISH furniture retailer Reid has leased 13,000 square-feet at the Royal Liver Retail Park on the Naas road in west Dublin. The company will be paying a rent of £130,000 per annum for the shop where it will specialise in three-piece suites. Reid will adjoin Texas Homecare. Collier Jackson-Stops acted for Reid and Druker Fanning handled negotiations for Royal Liver, which owns the retail park.
