THE computer software manufacturer, Saturn Fulfilment, which is to rent a new 100,000-square-foot industrial building at Citywest in west Dublin, said yesterday its lease provided for break clauses in the 10th and 15th years. Irish Life is to hold the building as an investment at an initial cost of around £5 million. Saturn is also to lease a 30,000-square-foot building at Citywest for the manufacture of CD ROMs. A report last week that it would be a joint venture company with Corel Corporation was incorrect.
