DUBLIN publican John Keating is looking for a single trader for a proposed 12,000-square-foot store on the site of his existing bar at the junction of Mary Street and Jervis Street, Dublin 1. The unit will adjoin Debenhams department store in the Jervis Shopping Centre. The decision to develop the store has been prompted by the fact that the designated status of the site expires in July next. The four-storey retail unit will have 3.000 square feet at street level and should be ready to open next September. Hamilton Osborne King is to begin marketing the store. Based on comparable lettings in the Jervis centre, the rent is likely to reach £285,000 per annum.
