FURTHER evidence of the resurgence in the Georgian office market was provided this week with the sale of a 4,000-square-foot building at 14 Fitzwilliam Place, Dublin 2, for £710,000. Harrington Bannon handled the sale of the house, which also included a 1,700-square-foot mews house at the rear and six car-parking spaces. It was bought by an owner-occupier.
