Northbrook Technology Northern Ireland, a subsidiary of Allstate Insurance of Chicago, is to lease 70,000 of the 150,000 sq ft office block at Lanyon Place in Belfast.

It is the largest office letting in the city this year.

The letting will be seen as a major coup by developers Dunloe Ewart plc who have built the block on a waterfront site near the Waterfront Conference Hall and the Hilton Hotel. The building is finished to a high specification including air conditioning, raised access floors and four high speed lifts.
