Glengarrif Parade is a quiet little street off the Mater Hospital end of North Circular Road, in Dublin 7. It’s home to several types of Victorian terraced house: three-beds, two-up two-downs, and villa-style properties line both sides. One side of the street faces the perimeter wall of Mountjoy Prison.

Number 31, a four-bed end-of-terrace property of 100sq m sold last July for €386,000; number 58, a two-up two-down of about 60 sq m sold for €295,000 last August; number 49, a two-up two down, mid-terrace of about 75sq m sold for €285,000 last October, and number 29, a three-bed mid-terrace of about 100sq m sold for €335,000 a year ago.
