In one design an unusual semicircular banquette seat is set into the island. The second option features a more traditional rectangular island. The in-frame units have marble-effect quartz countertops and can be painted in a colour of choice. The package includes high spec Siemens appliances and a utility room off the kitchen. There is access to the garden from both the kitchen and living areas.

The living room to the front has an electric fire as a focal point, and a large corner window to flood the room with light.

There are three bedrooms on the first floor. All are doubles, and one has a smart internal en suite bathroom. The family bathroom is a bright space, and is tiled with large format squares supplied by Project Tiles.

The master bedroom on the second floor offers a real sense of escape. From this window there are views in the distance of Howth Head. The room runs the depth of the property, and has a wall of storage, supplied by Bspace, formerly Bedroom Elegance.

Asking prices for the larger end-of-terrace houses, which have a bigger kitchen, living dining room and measure 170sq m/1840sq ft start from €1 million, while the mid-terrace showhouse is seeking €945,000 through agents Savills.

The homes are just off Shandon Park on the Monkstown Road, and about equidistant between Monkstown and Blackrock villages.
