Walkers along the lovely leafy stretch of the Dodder at Milltown will have wondered just what was being built on the corner of Lower Churchtown Road beside the linear park and river. Until last year there was a dormer bungalow on the site – its roof barely glimpsed above the trees that surrounded it.
