A refurbished Victorian home has been rented out but is ready for new owners

A two-storey over basement Victorian house at 44 Marlborough Road, Donnybrook, Dublin 4 is for sale. Sherry FitzGerald is quoting €1.25 million for the 193 sq m (2,077sq ft) three- bedroom end-of-terrace redbrick house. This is a well-located family home that was refurbished, lived in for several years by its owners and then rented out in recent years. The owners now judge that the market has recovered sufficiently and it is time to sell.

The layout is as expected.
