Seaview, a house on the seafront in Sandycove, lives up to its name: it has clear views from three floors across Sandycove Green and Scotsman's Bay to Howth.

The large Victorian end-of-terrace house was one of three on the terrace revamped some years ago, when third floors with wide outdoor balconies were added. Seaview, a 372sq m (4,000sq ft) four-bedroom house, is for sale by private treaty through Savills for €1.6 million.
