Mature development comprises 27 two-bedroom apartments, from €265,000 to €335,000

The Cosgrave Group today launches the final phase of Bracken Park, its development of 78 four- and five-bedroom houses and 70 two- and three- bedroom apartments on Carpenterstown Road, Castleknock, Dublin 15.

This last tranche at Garryknock, the name of the house that once sat on the lands on which the development has been built, comprises 27 two-bedroom apartments.

Prices range from €265,000 to €335,000 for homes that range in size from 70sq m-79sq m (753sq ft-850 sq ft).

At first glance, entry prices read as being slightly better value than the first phase of apartments which launched in 2015, but the then asking price of €270,000 was for a two-bedroom property of 81sq m.
