From the front, number 67 Tyrconnell Road doesn’t look like much. But the property, a mid-terrace, villa-style cottage, which opens onto the busy street, is much larger than it appears and has been smartly modernised throughout.

When its owners bought it in September 2016, paying €243,000 according to the property price register, the house was in need of complete refurbishment.
