Dalkey mews offers views of the mountains and the sea for €695k

Dalkey Manor was developed in 2016 in the grounds of the Victorian Clonlost House, which itself sold for just under €2 million in 2017. The gardens of this former Legionaries of Christ retreat house on Killiney Hill saw 21 high-end homes constructed on the elevated site.

The houses – designed by Keenan Lynch Architects with developers Ecologic Design and Build, who were also responsible for the Kensington Manor development in Dún Laoghaire – sold quickly in two phases over 2016 and 2017.
