Galway businessman Liam Mulryan has secured permission from An Bord Pleanβla to proceed with a mixed shopping, leisure and residential centre at Briarhill, Ballybrit, Galway. The development will include a ground floor shopping centre, a 40-bedroom hotel, a seven-screen cinema and 42 apartments. There will also be on-site parking for 870 cars.
