To date selling agent Hamilton Osborne King has sold over 200 units in this successful development. The final 20 are on sale this weekend.

Two-bedroom apartments measuring 69-100sq m (748- 1,076sq ft) cost from €410,000 and three bedroom penthouses with 88-112sq m (955 - 1,205sq ft) cost from €500,000.

One underground parking space is included in the price for the two bedrooms and buyers of three-bedroom units will get two spaces.

Many of the apartments on offer have views over the Royal Canal.

The village quarter is being developed at the Ashtown train station and it will also incorporate two restaurants, a supermarket and around 10 other retail units.
