PLANNING permission has been sought for 200,000 square feet of offices in an out-of-town office park earmarked for the former Jones Group headquarters in Clonskeagh, Dublin 14.
A consortium led by John Flynn and Paddy Kelly is promoting the development of Belfield Office Park, which will include 10 buildings varying from 7,000 to 22,000 square feet. The design will allow the buildings to be inter-linked to provide larger units of more than 50,000 square feet.
Sherry FitzGerald says large space-takers interested in moving into the park will be able to become involved in the design of their premises and work with the architects for a custom-built solution to their accommodation needs.
The consortium, which paid £3.25 million for the site, also includes Joe and Patrick Linders.
