Irish Life is to enlarge Coolock Retail Park opposite the UCI cinemas at Malahide Road, Dublin 5. An additional 40,000 sq ft of retail warehousing is due for completion at the end of this year. There will four retail warehouses and a drive-through restaurant. They are being marketed by Lisney. The rents for the warehouse units will be around £20 per sq ft.
