French brand Cesarré (0033-240062409 cesarre.com) adds polish to its fire pit creations thanks to the design nous of Bertrand Charrier. The Ceram has an Argentine steel barbecue grill upon which you can place a galvanized steel sheet to turn it into a fire pit cum table. It costs from €2,308. A second style, the ceramic-topped Riga (pictured), costs from €2,408. Both prices are ex delivery from the Nantes-based maker.
