An own-door office building with 2,450 sq ft at Grattan Court, off Lower Mount Street, Dublin 2, was withdrawn at an Agar auction at £1.45 million and sold later. The property includes three car-parking spaces.

Meanwhile, the Hole in the Wall bar at Blackhorse Avenue, Dublin 7, was withdrawn at £4.35 million by auctioneer John Younge. And Gunne is believed to have secured around £3.8 million for The Tara Tavern in Finglas, Dublin. It was bought by Frank Gleeson, owner of Whelans and Mono Bar on Wexford Street.
