BALLINTEER: FROM €355,000THE LAST remaining homes at Ballintyre, Dublin 16 go on sale this week with prices starting at €355,000.

Located on Ballinteer Avenue and close to Dundrum, Ballintyre has been a big success for developer Ray Grehan of Glenkerrin Homes. The scheme of 118 houses and 375 apartments has matured well since work first began on the 24-acre site in 2005.
