GIANT UK electrical retailer Dixons is paying key money of over £400,000 for its new store in the Jervis Shopping Centre, Mary Street, which is due to open on November 1st. It is one of the highest premiums paid for a Dublin retail outlet. Dixons, which announced last month that it planned to move into Dublin, paid the premium to fashion group Fosters for 4,500 square feet it had booked opposite Debenhams department store. Dixons is likely to be paying about £235,000 for the new outlet and also 3,750 square feet of storage space. Hamilton Osborne King and Lambert Smith Hampton are the letting agents
