Lark Developments has announced another significant letting at the Rosemount Business Park, near Blanchardstown, in west Dublin. Howley Distribution Services is to move into an existing 23,000 square-foot-unit until next spring when a 43,000square-foot building will be ready for occupation in the same area. Howley will be paying £6 a square foot for the building, which will involve an expenditure of £1.75 million. Irish Express Cargo will be anchor tenants in Rosemount, where a 180,000square-foot facility is being developed for it. Sherry FitzGerald reports strong interest in Rosemount because of its proximity to the M50.
Meanwhile, Malahide estate agent O'Farrell Cleere is quoting a rent of £5.75 for a high-quality warehouse of 16,300 square feet, which is under construction close to Murtagh's bar at Ballough, on the Swords/Balbriggan road. The building will include 12,000 square feet of offices.
