Co Wicklow: The first phase of a new apartment/duplex scheme near Woodbrook Golf Club in Bray, Co Wicklow is launching this week through Jackson Stops with prices starting at €320,000.
Wilford Court, which will eventually comprise 45-48 homes in two blocks on a 2.5-acre linear site, is situated behind the houses on the old Dublin Road.
The remaining homes in the first phase consists of 10 two-bedroom apartments with 82.3-96.6 sq m (886-1,040 sq ft) of accommodation and one three-bedroom duplex unit of 116 sq m (1,250 sq ft). Two-bedroom apartments start at €320,000 while the duplex costs €390,000.
The development, which will be a gated complex with one underground car-parking facility, comes with plenty of standard features. These include Rationel-style timber double-glazed windows, gas-fired central heating, fitted kitchens with a range of electrical goods, floor and wall tiling in the kitchen and bathroom, and fitted wardrobes. All units have either balconies or terraces with a southerly aspect looking towards Bray and the Sugarloaf.
Within walking distance of Bray DART station and seafront, the development also offers easy access to the Rathmichael, Enniskerry and the Wicklow Mountains. Wilford Court is being built by local builder Priorstate Construction, whose previous schemes include Wellington Court in Bray and Charvey Court in Rathnew. With 10 deposits already taken from "walk-in" customers, Wilford Court is already proving popular. A show unit is open for viewing this weekend.
