The Roundabout Shopping Parade at the junction of Lower Ballyfermot Road and Le Fanu Road, Dublin 10, is expected to make in excess of £800,000 when it is auctioned by Lisney on February 16th. The two-storey premises has 6,770 sq ft and its own car-parking area to the front. There are three ground floor retail units, while the first floor is given over to a children's leisure centre and creche. Lisney says the current rent of £68,000 should increase to about £80,000 when the rents are next reviewed.
