A private investor has agreed to pay slightly over £5 million for Fingal Co Council's offices at 2/3 Parnell Square, Dublin 1. The 22,840 sq ft of modern office space is located behind the original Georgian facade. There are nine car-parking spaces at the rear. The council is shortly to move to a new headquarters in Swords.
