A motor distribution company has paid in excess of £3 million for part of the Motokof tractor site at Longmile Road in west Dublin. The 1.25-acre site along with a workshop of 17,000 sq ft is in the traditional heartland of the motor industry. Motokov handled the sale of agricultural machinery and Lisney handled the sale of the site.
