DRUKER Fanning is now quoting a premium of £150,000 for the Abrakebabra fast-food restaurant beside O'Connell Bridge in Dublin 2, which is to be sold by tender. Abrakebabra is moving four doors away in Westmoreland Street to a larger premises. The present premises, 600 square feet of retail space on the ground floor with 1,000 square feet of ancillary accommodation is rented at £60,000 per annum.
