Coinciding with the letting of the ground and basement floors to Cafe Sol, the owners of 46 Lower Baggot Street, Dublin 2, are putting the entire building on the market. Palmer McCormack are seeking offers in the region of £1.45 million for the building which has 2,400 sq ft over five floors. Cafe Sol will be paying a rent of £45,000 per annum. The agents estimate that the three refurbished upper floors of 1,262 sq ft could have a rental value of around £37,000. Cafe Sol is soon to open its sixth coffee and sandwich outlet on Clare Street.
