Do you think you have a healthy lifestyle?
I have a pretty healthy lifestyle. I am more conscious of what I eat now and how often I exercise than I would have been when I was in my 20s. I suppose that's to be expected though. I'm definitely more conscious of how I'm eating and if I have missed regular exercise.

How often do you exercise?
I try to exercise as often as possible – normally three or four times a week – but there are weeks when it's less. I often work late so I don't get to exercise as much as I would like to. I play on a football team also which is good craic as well as good exercise. I also try to get out for a run by myself once or twice a week to clear my head and take some time for myself.
Do you get your five fruit and vegetables a day?

I love vegetables and salad but I have never been a big fruit eater. I have tried to improve in the past but always end up sticking to vegetables. I would normally get my five a day though and I do try to keep some fruit at my desk.

Do you worry?
Yes, I worry but I think everyone does to some extent. I worry less now than I did when I was younger. The Irish Greyhound Board where I work is a fast-paced environment so decisions need to be made quickly with little time left for worrying.

What do you do to relax?
I love spending quality time with my family on the weekends but I also find going for a run after a tough day clears the head and is a good way to relax. It's nice to switch off completely from work when I get a chance – managing and travelling between two different greyhound stadiums is quite time consuming.

What's your worst habit?
It's always been a bit of a joke with the lads on the football team but I treat myself to a McDonalds on a Friday, on the way home from work.
