Ingredients
- 200g sunflower seeds, soaked in water for 30 minutes
- 100g sundried tomatoes
- 125-150g green olives
- 25g flatleaf parsley, roughly chopped
- 2-4 cloves garlic, roughly chopped
- pepper
- splash olive oil
Put everything in a food processor and blend till smoothish. Let down with more olive oil or a tiny drop of water if required.
