Brussels sprout and miso salad

Ingredients

  • (serves 6)
  • 500g brussel sprouts, washed and then shredded in a food processor
  • juice of two limes
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • 2 tbsp miso paste (any kind will do)
  • 1 clove garlic, crushed
  • 1 tbsp mirin

In a large bowl, thoroughly mix all the ingredients together except the shredded sprouts.

Then add the sprouts and toss well, marinating for at least a half hour before serving. This keeps well for at least a day in the fridge.
