Irish abroad: Share your experience of the cost of living overseas

As prices rise worldwide, we invite Irish people living abroad to share their stories

Rising fuel costs, supply problems and a falloff in furlough payments are among the factors driving cost-of-living increases in countries including Ireland, Europe, the US and Australia. Are you living outside Ireland, and have you noticed rising utility bills, transport costs or day-to-day expenses? If so, The Irish Times would like to hear from you. How sharp is the rise, and is it manageable or challenging? In general, how does the cost of living there compare with Ireland? Feel free to add some background – like how long you're living there, and your family and work situation. You can share your story in the form in this article. If you are reading this in The Irish Times App, please click here. Thank-you for your contribution, which may appear in an upcoming article.
