OPI French Manicure Set Those who know me are aware of my slight obsession with nail varnish. I wear every colour from purple to Munster red for the rugby matches. But I always come back to the classic French manicure set from OPI. The brushes are great and the varnish lasts really well. They are a bit on the pricey side but definitely worth the splurge.

Clarins hand and nail cream Hands can tell a lot about a person, from your age to the type of work you do, so I always have my hand cream with me in my handbag to look after them. I love the Clarins hand cream. It absorbs really quickly, smells gorgeous and leaves your hands feeling smooth and soft.

YSL Mascara Singulier This mascara has a great brush and creates a lovely natural curl. It gives length with good definition without being too dramatic. Not a clump in sight. The most natural- looking mascara I've ever used.

Exercise To help detox my body and build my flexibility I have been going to Bikram yoga for the past two years.
