A man (30s) has died in single-vehicle crash at Moorock, Ballycumber, Co Offaly, early on Sunday morning.
The body of the driver, and sole occupant of the vehicle, has been taken to the mortuary in Midlands Regional Hospital, Tullamore, ahead of a postmortem.
The road is closed for examination by gardaí this morning, and diversions are in place.
Gardaí are appealing for any witnesses and any road users who may have camera footage (including dashcam) to contact them.
