Fiddler Zoe Conway is a veteran of Riverdance and has shared stages with Lou Reed, Teddy Thompson, Antony (of he and the Johnsons fame) and a host of others. She's also a champion of contemporary tune composers, having commissioned many for a recent album she recorded with her husband, guitarist John McIntyre. Tonight's concert marks a high point in this year's Féile Patrick Byrne, with wife and husband bringing their rich set list to an intriguing venue.

Belfast contemporary music evangelists Moving On Music have pulled together a small but perfectly formed jazz festival running in various venues round the city from today through Saturday. The bill includes the excellent Dublin City Jazz Orchestra, new groups from saxophonist Meilana Gillard and organist Scott Flanigan, and a visit from hip London trio Troyka.
