Writer-director Ray reveals his unravelling with forensic precision and admirable lucidity and thoroughness in this stylish and fascinating film.

The stranger-than-fiction scenario of Irish director Caffrey's entertaining, nimbly paced road movie follows a bizarre chase after the theft of the corpse of singer-songwriter Gram Parsons from the Los Angeles airport mortuary. Knoxville is agreeably laid-back as the singer's road manager who takes the body for cremation at the Joshua Tree.
