THE eponymous Kate Perry, a Northern Ireland writer/actor now out of San Francisco, is hosting a happy hour starting at 6 p.m. She portrays six females of varying ages and dispositions on a car terry on the Irish Sea, starting and ending with a four year old brat. In between we get a genteel inebriate, a rambunctious housewife, an American speed head, a Butlins fan and a disillusioned daughter. Neat miniatures all, precisely and wittily delineated.
