Harry Styles at 3Arena Dublin: everything you need to know

Are there tickets for sale? What time is he on stage? What will songs will he play?

April 16th, 2018 – H Day has finally arrived. Harry Styles is in Dublin's 3Arena for one night only as part of his first solo world tour. He may been down four One Direction members but the longer he stays away from them, like some sort of chic wizard, his powers strengthen and his tailored suits become more decadent, more flamboyant. Every night of his tour, he Instagrams a photo of a new suit, each trouser leg more flared than the last.

His self-titled debut album has been out in the world for 11 months now and while his musical style borrows from the schools of Fleetwood Mac and Pink Floyd and just a smattering of Jet and Robbie Williams' Angels, Styles has managed to pave a path for himself that none of his former band mates have been able to do. While they're all riding the wave of success in their own ways, Styles has secured a superstar status of sorts thanks to this enigmatic energy he exudes. While there's a bit of posturing going on, mimicking rock icons such as Mick Jagger – or any rock star that truly committed to the 1970s lifestyle – Styles is polishing up his act and he's picking up admirers everywhere he goes. Even his appearance in Christopher Nolan's Dunkirk has the most cynical of movie fans shrugging in approval. If you get a shrug from a cynical movie fan, you know you've made it.

Actor, singer, dreamboat and Dedicated Follower of Fashion, Harry Styles has come a long way since performing Stevie Wonder's Isn't She Lovely at his X Factor audition in 2010 and when this tour finally comes to a close in July, there's no doubt that he'll find multiple new ways to woo his way into our hearts. With great style comes great responsibility and Styles is certainly wearing it well.

Are tickets still available?
Absolutely not. Tickets for this gig went on sale last summer and were whipped up faster than you can say "Harry ships Louis". Just in case, though, check social media in the vain hope that somebody foolish enough is selling their ticket.
