The first outing of
Echochromewas delightfully absorbing and complicated. The Move-enabled
Echochrome IImay be less complicated, but it still provides its share of hair-tearing moments. Use the Move controller to create shadows that will make a path for the mannequin to reach the exit door. At times you'll have to create an exit door yourself from shadows, or use trampolines to bounce the character over obstacles. Early on the shadows can be manipulated too easily to provide the necessary path, and you might feel it doesn't require as much skill as the first
Echocrome. Until you move on to the next puzzle and find yourself stuck, that is. Should you tire of puzzle-solving, there are two additional modes: Paint, where you change the colour of sections of the world, and Echo, where you collect copies of the character around the level in a set time.
