A man will appear in court charged with two counts of causing death by dangerous driving, after a father and son were killed in a crash just two days after Christmas.
Peter Devlin and his son Loughlin, from Killylea, Co Armagh, were killed in the incident outside the village last Friday, December 27th.
Four other people, including a baby, were taken to hospital following the two-vehicle crash.
The man, aged 32, has been charged with two counts of causing death by dangerous driving and one count of causing grievous bodily injury by dangerous driving.

He is due to appear before Newry Magistrates’ Court on Friday.
The joint funeral of Peter and Loughlin took place at the Church of St Joseph in Tynan on Wednesday.
