The Irish Times has teamed up with The River Lee to give one lucky Food and Drink Club subscriber the chance to win an overnight stay with breakfast and two tickets to An Evening with Iñigo Echávarri of Barón de Ley at The Grill Room on Tuesday, March 26th.

The River Lee, part of the family-owned Irish luxury hotel group The Doyle Collection, is pleased to announce the next in its series of exclusive Wine Dinners - An Evening with Iñigo Echávarri of Barón de Ley at The Grill Room on Tuesday, March 26th at 7pm.

Barón de Ley is located in Spain’s most renowned wine region, Rioja. Founded in 1985, Barón de Ley embraces the biodiversity of the region and the wealth of history that comes from being housed in a centuries-old monastery where monks made wine more than 500 years ago. Inspired by their brand name, de ley, the Spanish expression for legitimate, they take great pride in focusing on the little details that go into every bottle of their excellent wine.

This special event at The River Lee is an opportunity to enjoy some of the finest wines from Barón de Ley while enjoying an exceptional five-course tasting menu, expertly created by Head Chef at The River Lee, Paul Lane.
