Ulster Bank has appointed four new non-executive directors to its board. They are: Prof Niamh Brennan of University College Dublin; Mr William Burgess, chairman and managing director of IBM; Mr Peter Malone, former managing director of Jurys Doyle Hotels; and Ms Brenda McLaughlin, senior pro-Chancellor of Queens University, Belfast.
